Anyone lucky enough to have been in San Diego last week was treated to one of the country’s best new traditions in sustainable eating – Sustainable Seafood Week. Last week there was a big development out of the world of gourmet cat food: Sheba Entrees for Cats, part of Mars Petcare, announced that it will begin offering varieties of its cat food with seafood that is sustainably-sourced according to Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch recommendations.
